Shipping Information

Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery, especially during peak holiday seasons.

All CHECKS for items to be shipped to foreign countries (including Canada) must be in U.S. funds, drawn on a U.S. bank. All MONEY ORDERS (including Canada Post) for items to be shipped to foreign countries must be in U.S. funds. We gladly accept AMEX®, DISCOVER®, MASTERCARD®, VISA® and PayPal™. These charges are automatically converted to US funds. We must charge 5% GST on all Canadian orders which will be added. Your credit card will not be charged until your product is ready to be shipped. New Jersey deliveries subject to 7% sales tax. All orders will be confirmed via email. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Refunds, Returns and Cancellations:

Carstens Publications, Inc. will gladly replace any merchandise purchased from our store that has been damaged in transit within four weeks of shipping date.
